"Beautiful location. Great breakfast. Also enjoyed the onsite Chinese restaurant. Easy walk to Harborland and Chinatown. The recently opened health club was available for a fee— if you want to swim bring a swimming cap and check the water aerobics schedule."

"This place was very fancy, room was clean and tidy, staffs were helpful, but we pretty much had to pay for every we do, laundry, spa. Nothing was truly complementary, but it’s not a big deal to us. The room had a strange smell throughout our stay and we were offered to switch room, turns our every room smell the same. Me and my friends had to constantly spray room freshener but besides that everything was perfect"

"What a beautiful magnificent hotel, is inside universal studios, so many restaurants to choose from, also food courts for the kids and attractions and arcades and claw machines. Theirs also convinces store 3 to choose from. Such as 7-11 also a big Lawson. The staff was amazing and the hotel is wonderful can Waite to return. Also has its owed Metro line, we used it for our tours."

"Great rooms - plenty of space for 3 travellers (even 1 more as both beds were queen size in our room). Location is 10mins walk from nearest station and about 12mins from nearest convenience store, but very happy with the stay. Seemed like a very safe area. Easy and regular access to Universal City and the city train lines. Smart TV so we could use Netflix, and lovely views of the city (we were on L12). Great kitchen facilities (including fridge) and bathroom. We unfortunately ‘walked thru’ the screen door of the property as it was difficult to see at night and we are not use to them. The hotel was very understanding and easy to communicate with about the damage, and repairs costs charged were reasonable."

"Conveniently located beside the station and malls with many food and shopping options. It makes the ended a day spent in the theme park very manageable in terms of not having to travel far out for food. It also makes waking up easy as we do not have to wake up extra early to travel to usj."

"Breakfast is served on both Level 2 and Level 20. However, the breakfast on Level 2 was very basic and did not meet the standard I would have expected after paying an additional US$35 for breakfast. I booked my stay through Expedia, and the hotel staff informed me that guests who purchase breakfast through Expedia are assigned to the Level 2 breakfast venue. Unfortunately, I regretted including breakfast in my room booking because of the limited offering. If breakfast quality is important to you, I recommend confirming before booking whether your reservation includes access to the Level 20 breakfast venue rather than Level 2. Other than the breakfast experience, my overall impression of the hotel was very positive. The harbour views were excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities."

"We love the convenience of where this hotel was located. Everything we loved was inside the hotel. Tully coffee shop and Lawsons was our go too. The restaurants that were on city walk were accessible from inside the hotel, which was nice. Universal Studios entrance was just next to the hotel. They also provide free drinks in the lobby. The rooms are big and clean. I also did the hotel massage which they come to you and do your massage in your room. It was about $50 usd I paid. Overall staff were so helpful and nice. Breakfast was really good. A variety of good options. We love the French toast, pancakes and eggs!!! Totally recommend if you are going to Universal studios."
