朝食が安くて健康的で美味しいので毎回利用させていただいてます！ 施設自体は古めですが、兵庫駅から歩いて３分程度、また、山側へ歩いても同じ距離に地下鉄の駅もあり三宮駅へのアクセスも便利です。 洗面室の扉のドアが開ける際に取れたことは驚きましたが笑、丁寧にお詫びされました。 これからも使わせていただきます！

スタッフはとても丁寧な対応です。お部屋は設備は古いものの綺麗に清掃されてます。朝食は、豪華ではないですが品数も多く美味しくいただきました。 エアコンはコントロールが効きにくいのか少し残念でした。 気になったのは、ドアがロックされにくく、たただ閉めただけではオートロックされません。閉めた後押してオートロックされたことを確認しないとロックされてない状態になりました。注意が必要な点です。 それ以外は、駅からも近く満足できるホテルです。

地元の為、気分転換に利用していますので優先順位は宿泊料金が安い事です。その点、かなり安い金額で利用できるのは助かります。ただ、設備が古いと思うのですが、壁紙やガラス扉に不備があるままなのが気になります。それとルームキーパーの方が外国の方なので細かい部分に汚れや毛が必ずバスルームやベッドにあるのはあまり気分の良いものではありません。ただ、何度も利用しているので部屋の要望は最近叶えていただき感謝しています。コスパ重視の方にお勧めのホテルです。
