"No the room was not spotless as the mirror was spotted - you could see the wipe marks. The cleaning staff was very courteous. Check in was very quick and robotic - the person in reception while informative did not smile and voiced her info very FAST and in low tones. She appeared angry but I did ask for her to repeat the info. For a senior with hearing issues this was difficult. Upon meeting the reception person again the following day I advised her that my hearing was limited and she did smile and raised her voice when speaking. The lighting in the room was excellent. I liked that you had recycling bins."
