Rooms are clean, missing shower Gel, no water for the coffee maker, front desk were nicer and helpful. SPA & hot tub were not available. Love the complimentary pass to the public pool. Hope they can provide complimentary breakfast.

Location was great, parking was convenient. Staff were nice. Otherwise very run down hotel, definitely in need of a serious face-lift, plumbing was an issue, Lobby bathrooms mostly out of order and needed restocking and cleaning.

the courtyard was cool and everything was ok except checking in as they didnt seem to have my complete booking but it was resolved the following morning I would stay there again.The restaurant was closed which was a bit of a inconvenience Thanks John

When we arrived, the room was stifling hot, but they brought us an air conditioner and that made it much more pleasant. Some upgrades would make it a much better property. It was an okay stay for our first time in Harrison. The bedding needs to be upgraded, ripped pillow cases, old pillows and mattresses. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.

Pictures on Hotels.com do the place justice. Person on the desk not very talkative coming off almost unfriendly. Room was a pet friendly room which may account for the dirty carpet. But the cobwebs hanging from the ceiling and walls, plus dirty walls in the bathroom should not have mattered even in a pet room. The bedding on the beds were very clean and felt freshly laundered. If we were staying more then one night, we would have moved the next day.

First night there was zero heat and we froze all night and the toilet stopped working. They moved us to a different room the second night and gave us a space heater.. The heat not working was a known issue but we were not told about it. Not happy with our stay.

I didn't like the uncleanliness of the property or the fact that there was no air conditioners.. the positive point about the property was it's location. We were a block from the beach. Just lots of little restaurants and ice cream shops around it. And the one staff member said he would get us an air conditioner for the next day, and he did

The carpets had stains, so I felt I had to have shoes on while in room. The lamp shades had spots and stains on them . The room was very warm, air conditioning did not work had a potable fan but still had a terrible sleep due to being so warm. Also opening up the curtains to look out at view, the windows were filthy. I will not be staying there again. The staff were friendly.

Room was relatively clean, went in expecting to see an absolute mess based on the bad reviews but was somewhat pleasantly surprised. Amenities and overall facility condition is quite old and outdated, AC isn’t really functional but they do provide a portable one that does function. Very close to the lake and beach but does not offer a real view to the lake from the rooms

The hallways were very dark and dated, old stained uneven carpets, peeling wallpaper etc. The stairwells were very stuffy and smelled bad and outdated. Surprisingly the room was quite nice, new carpet and bedding. It was clean. It had a window ac that kept the room nice and cool but was not installed properly. The bed was decently comfortable but did have a bit of a sag in it. The staff were all friendly. We did get a parking ticket out front of the hotel, poor signage, we were not impressed wirh that

If you're looking for a a good deal than this is the spot for you. Keep in mind that you get what you pay for. Ceiling tiles are stained and falling off, holes in the wall, paint chipping everywhere, and worst of all no ac whatsoever. Stayed for 2 nights and the first night was insanely hot that we barely slept. Room came with a fan and a portable ac but it barely worked and was connected to the hose with packing tape which obviously is a dumb fix that doesn't work. Staff was super accommodating and had no issue with moving us to another room the next morning which was great and it was much cooler but the condition of the room was still the same which is sad. It's a great location and the outside looks presentable and we paid a really good price for it but now we know why.

The room was very hot we been provided with another AC. The bathroom needs to be fix , pls provide rubber bathmat on the tub, its way to slippery while having a shower, anyone can ended up a broken bone especially theres no handle to hold on. ( outdated bathroom) I noticed we been given one small bar soap but has been recycled and repacked. I ended up buying our own. The window has few cabwebs on it, our quilt has no cover instead they used two sheets and the pillow was clumping and old. ( the thin pillow was folded in order to become a small pillow.. the information staff was friendly..
