"I love this place! This is my second time there and I love the location. Uptown Las condes with amazing views from the apartments. Everything is close by! A mall, subaway, restaurants,pharmacies, supermarket. Very safe area and communication with the administration is excellent. The units come with AC and a washer which is so convenient. I feel like this is my place in Santiago like home away from home."

"I was promised Wi-fi, but it took 3 days before I was able to connect because the Wi-fi service had not been paid by the owner. The windows did not stay open, and needed something to keep them open, which was not supplied. The kitchen was bare of necesities for food preparation (e.g., oi, spices). Communication always took a long time to get a response. TV channels and aps were limited."

"Great location, nice space, but host not very responsive. No information booklet to explain how anything works. Heater didn't work and host didn't believe us. We had to send a video of us plugging in the heater, turning it on, and nothing happening. We finally got a working heater after a week. A window shade over the patio door was broken and the host never responded about it, so I fixed it. All responses from host were single sentences, and not always helpful, leaving us to figure out things...
