This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful). The hotel property itself is lovely, and I highly recommend enjoying a coffee on the veranda when the weather is nice.

Hotel muito bem localizado, uma vista linda para o lago, um patio gostoso. Atenciosos os funcionarios. Achei escuro o apartamento poderia ter mais lampadas. Do aparamento ooderiam dar uma pintada, uma renovada. No mais gostamos. Poderia ter esponja e detergente no apartamento.

Lo bueno de estos departamentos es que tienen una hermosa vista al lago, son espaciosos, tienen una excelente ubicación, estacionamiento en el recinto, todo bastante seguro. Lo malo es que se escuchan los ruidos de los otros vecinos, nos tocó una niña que hacía berrinches arriba y en medio de la noche parecía que estaba en nuestro departamento. Se escuchaba cuando llegaban personas en medio de la noche y eso no permite descansar. Todo en el departamento es como de los años 90 (muebles, cortinas, cocina) entonces la verdad es creo que les hace falta renovar los departamentos. Las camas son duras e incómodas. Lo otro que no me gustó es que el check-in es a las 5pm.

Estupendo apart hotel para ir con la familia.

Lugar agradable, muy bien ubicado, departamento amplio, cómodo, con gran terraza con vista al lago. Personal amable y presto a ayudar. Estupenda piscina techada y temperada. Sería más agradable si el aseo se hiciera todos los días y no día por medio y de gran utilidad contar con un pequeño horno eléctrico, cuchillo para rebanar pan y wife no sólo en áreas comunes. En general, un estupendo lugar.
