The staff was super helpful. Ignacio booked all of our hiking excursions and made the experience so easy and fluid. Indigo exceeded our expectations and would recommend it to anyone going to Puerto Natales. "

"Fundamentally this hotel has a lot to offer in terms of its location, and the bed was comfy / restaurant was decent, but overall we were very disappointed with the rooms, which are basically portakabins with super thin walls, cracked floorboards, lukewarm showers and no charm. The restaurant staff were all pretty unfriendly too. By far the worst value for money of anywhere we stayed in Patagonia. "

"The property is a gateway to Torres Del Paine Park. The room’s size is good, hot water heater needs to warm up to 8 minutes, I suggest to use Apple map instead google map in the area"
