"The cottage is charming, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were all spotless, and all the beds were extremely comfortable.The host popped in at one point, and was very friendly and helpful.The kitchen is a narrow galley-style, and to be frank, could do with an update. The cupboards were ok but some of the drawers were dodgy. It was great, however, to have lots of utensils, pots, pans etc. A bit more cutlery would be helpful - we were glad to have a dishwasher but got through the knives and forks very quickly!Also great to have a washing machine and especially a dryer, which was a tremendous help.The large family table and comfy armchairs were all much appreciated."

"From the outside it looks tatty but go in it's well looked after. Our room has a refurbished bathroom with a large shower,bath and toilet all new. The menu has a good choice of courses. It has a large outside area for seating. Also they have live music in the evening with different themes."

"We were a group of 10 with 4 children, and we were amazed with the house and how spacious it was. The children loved the trampoline, and we were lucky enough to enjoy sitting in the garden area and made use of the pizza oven and BBQ. The location is great, and a short 15minute walk to the beach. We made use of the 2 wagons in the shed which was a game changer!"

"The house, grounds and facilities were much enjoyed by guests of all ages. The house was immaculate, comfortable and very well provisioned. Prompt help from the housekeeper regarding arrival arrangements was much appreciated as were the thoughtful touches for our stay. All contributed to the property providing the perfect location for a family celebration."

"We had a fantastic stay, house was clean, weather was fantastic so pool was in full use, garden space is lovely, very well equipped house. Co-op, chip shop, Indian restaurants in walking distance, good location to get to Bosham, west wittering beach, bognor regis, and Hayling island. Some sun loungers would have been nice but overall we were very happy. Good communication from host, Thanks Laura for our memorable enjoyable stay"
