"My family of 6 stayed here from USA , for our 2 week vacation visiting the area and our UK family. The house was very large, clean and spacious and a good location near Havant and not far from the seafront. A small farm shop, stoke fruit farm half a mile away, for basics and the large Tesco in Havant. A walking path along the water edge was nice. Georgina was easy to contact. We would give the property 5 stars but there were a few issues hence 4 stars. The house is a smart home and instructions on how things work would have been appreciated.. the downstairs toilet wouldn’t flush properly. The sliding doors in the living room were really hard to push open. The A/C units in 2 of the bedrooms leaked. Two bedrooms were missing curtains/blinds. The hot tub needed cleaning/maintenance as the water was dirty. Overall a little more TLC was needed. But it was a good fit for a large group, there aren’t many large homes in the area. "

"I can’t say enough positives about the location of this home! It is literally one minute from the foot path along the water and within 15 minute walk to village restaurants and ice cream shop, which was so nice for morning and evening walks with our two young children. The house itself is very clean and loves the back garden and ease of parking. The home is not overly well-stocked so make sure to bring extra kitchen roll and all necessities for cooking/cleaning. We were a little disappointed in the communication with the management company and that we were unable to get a one hour grace period on checkout when no one had reserved the home that day. Other than those minor issues I would recommend the home itself for sure!"
