We booked the executive twin room for our family of 4 for our final night in japan. It was a really large room with a lounge area and walk in wardrobe. The room was so comfortable and luxurious. However our only complaint would be that the 2 beds were a bit small for 2 people and the pillows were either too soft or firm - but we were only there for 1 night.
Our rate included complimentary bar fridge and access to the onsite onsen. The Osen was an absolute god send after our exhausting 2 week...

I loved this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious with brilliant amenities and a great bathroom. Beds were comfy. The pool and gym were very good (warning to parents - under 18yo not allowed). There were 4 subway lines directly connected to the hotel so getting to other parts of Tokyo was easy. The surrounding area is quiet but with convenience stores and eating options within walking distance. The bar had a nice ambience with good cocktails.
The only negative - buffet breakfast...

Nothing to fault. Great modern boutique hotel. Good size clean rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Returned to the hotel on our last day after 10 days travelling Japan and staff welcomed you back like family. Although no in the centre of Shinjuko, it's a 10-15 minute easy walk.

What an amazing experience this hotel was totally amazing - from checkin to departure we were treated like VIPs. The staff are excellent and we were given a complimentary ride in the rolls royce to end our long trip overseas. We stayed at the peninsular for one day.
