"Great location but a little difficult to find. Parking space was not clearly numbered. Flat lovely and spacious. Comfortable beds. Very modern . Overall clean but skirting boards and bathroom radiator dusty.TV difficult to operate, batteries needed in remote.. No instructions left for any appliances and no information about tourism in Chester . We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back to this property."

"We spent 3 nights here and had a great time. We know Chester and the area well as have family from the area so always enjoy coming back. The property was located well and a great set up for myself and my sister. Plenty of room and practical. The only slight issue was the parking because although there is lots about it gets full very quickly and works on a 6pm - 8am system otherwise it’s only 30 mins. When we are up for a relaxing break so don’t want to have to be up and out was a bit of a pain....

"We chose this apartment as it was only 5mins walk from the city walls and less than 10mins to the city centre. The property was absolutely spotless when we arrived and beautifully presented. Once we had parked our car we had no need to use it for the whole weekend due to the perfect location, access to the city and its attractions was very convenient and we fully intend to use the property in the future."

"Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. We got parked easily on the street next to the property. The place was clean and had everything we would need. Only one thing that was a slight issue and that was the noise. The flat we stayed in was next door to a shop which was attached to their locked gates and their motorcycle parking area. "On the advert says free secure parking, looking closely the parking is on the street. Outside the property, parking is 30 minutes time limited, around the property there are not always spaces available. Otherwise the accommodation was adequate for two people. I would only recommend to install a microwave "

"Clearer entry to main building needed. Several faults found immediately which were reported on arrival. More found during stay. Photos available if needed.Maintenance not carried out before we arrived. Apartment advertised for 5 people but not enough furniture to accommodate them.. No balcony furniture except one broken chair. Kitchen needed a deep clean and redecoration is also needed. Toilet seat in en-suite broken. Floor throughout lifting. Cigarette burns on coffee table. Stains on sofa....

"Pre check in email was very useful about how to find the nearest car park, but missed the part about not being able to book the parking for more than 24 hours so you have to sit for your current session to expire before paying again. Check out time was incorrect stating 1100 when booking email stated by noon. I reply to confirm but didn’t hear back from property. "What a great location, thats it. The appartment could be some much better. It was clean but damage to walls, pictures propped up on the floor, bulbs missing from lamp, sofa in lounge disgusting and dirty, no tv remote and worse of all it absolutely stunk of cannabis all night and no way of removing the smell as no air conditioning. Such a shame the location is great and the apartment could be much better, it just needs some tlc and some return communication from the ower. I messaged them about...
