"Breakfast is the same thing everyday, nothing is changed out. Room was not properly maintained, one of the day’s the room was not touched by housekeeping. The following day they failed to properly restock the room. Ridiculous to have to chase the staff to do their jobs…. The room doors, I had to put my body weight into the door while opening, nothing has changed since we stayed at this property last fall. Won’t being staying here again!!!!"

"It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. I sent the hotel a message and I’m still waiting to hear back from someone. I also waited there over 5 minutes to let them know about my room and issues and no one came so I packed all my stuff and waited more and no one showed up so I just dropped my keys off "

"We had a lovely stay! The area is pleasant and there are cafes, shops and parks within walking distance. The room was tidy and comfortable. Exactly what we needed!"

"There were bloodstains on my sheets and pillow case. Obviously, the sheet and pillowcase and not been changed by the hotel staff.I complained to staff and was told the manger would contact me. It has been a week and nobody has contacted me."

"I never used the swimming pool but it was nice to know there was one, the rooms were clean and the staff were wonderful the breakfast was amazing just didn't have any scrambled eggs they only had boiled eggs, cereal, muffins, danish, bread, waffles, instant oatmeal, fruit and yogurt."

"Check in was extremely fast and easy. Loved the location, water across the way and Cowichan Bay market. They were in the process of renovating the property but it had no effect on our stay. We booked the King suite, newly renovated, and loved the size and amenities. Full fridge, hot plate, fully supplied kitchen, a living room area with 4 chairs, and small balcony with 2 chairs. I would definitely book there again."
