Clean and close to everything.

Rooms are small but the location is perfect if you want to walk around the city and site see. The pool is really convenient but does get packed quick. I DO NOT recommend the rooftop bar, “It’s 5 o clock somewhere”. I went to celebrate 2 friends birthdays. 2 of us were waiting at the outdoor seats for another 2 to come so we opened a tab and got a drink. While we waited, the server came over SIX times to tell us that we need to start ordering more or move to the bar area because other guest would like to sit outside and plan to spend more money. I informed him that we are waiting for 2 others and once they came I planned to do dinner and bottle service. Well, he told me he gets paid off guest spending money and couldn’t keep holding a table for ppl. He said he turned a party away that was ready to buy the bottles. Mind you, we had a tab open and there was no minimum spends plus the inside was empty. My other 2 friends were on their way up but we didn’t appreciate the service so we decided to leave. The server followed us out and snottly said “well tell your friend happy birthday”. Very distasteful! Would NOT return to that bar.

The room we were in was clean with a nice fridge and hot top. AC blew cold, premium channels and room was cleaned every day, I will definitely visit again, although there is no restaurant food choices are a short distance, the laundry machines work, but people must be considerate with other people's laundry, our laundry was left drying, we had our phones set to return to take them out. Only to find them out the dryer already in a corner on a countertop. With a guest drying their clothes." Absolute foolishness " Earlier in the evening doing our laundry we found other person's clothes drying in the dryers and with respect left them until one was available, a nice couple had finished drying their clothes and we managed to use. The location is minutes away from times square lights and the ball and museums. Great helpful staff, amenities and location
