"Perfect place "

"Lovely boutique hotel close to a street full of restaurants and the old city. It is a little challenging for taxis to collect directly at the hotel, but this is because of narrow busy streets and to be expected in this part of town. Just something to be aware of, but a good trade-off to be able to stay in this area. Great breakfast, helpful staff, and our room was maintained beautifully. No complaints."

"We had an overall great stay at this hotel. The customer service was truly excellent — the staff was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. However, there were a couple of issues during our stay. The building uses a solar water heating system instead of gas, and unfortunately there was no hot water for one full day. We weren’t able to shower the night before or the following morning, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the walls are quite thin — when we arrived, a couple next door was arguing and it honestly sounded like they were in the room with us. That said, the staff handled everything professionally and remained amazing throughout. With a few improvements, this place would be outstanding."
