"It was a dump. Homeless people were at the entrance. Room stunk. Didn’t clean our room after the first night. Could not get a refund. We even tried to find a new hotel. Didn’t happen. We cleansed our hotel room with what we bought. Two stories. Would not stay on the first level with homeless people outside. Why should I request to have new towels? Staff was friendly. Bit room and area was a dump"

"Like? We could have our 2 cats with us. The room looked like it had been given a face lift with paint, new bed, nice linens and towels. The lobby was attractive. Not to like? No local maps or info available about local attractions. Their website said the pool was to open May 27. At check in on June 1, I was told it was "in process." The refrigerator in our room had a puddle in the bottom and parts missing from the door storage. The toilet seat was loose. There was no stopper in the sink. "Amenities" = 1 bar of soap, an empty tube of shampoo. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in areas. Lights were not bright enough to read by. WiFi showed "security is weak." There's ONE working Ice machine in the whole place, on the 2nd [of 3] floors! Breakfast choices were decent: waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, sausage patties, oranges, apples, juice, coffee, milk, cold cereal...except by 8:30 they were running out of things. The "attendant" was not very attentive! You had to ask for more coffee, eggs....or PLASTICWARE! We arrived Monday June 1. Tuesday morning we woke to NO TV reception. The front desk told us the whole motel was without service. Later, my husband was told there was a multi state "outage" for DISH TV. TV never came back by 11:00 Wed. My husband checked DISH online and there was NO SUCH OUTAGE. Registering complaints, we were told: by the front desk person: the property is in the middle of being sold! Obviously the owner now doesn't care!"

"Room was clean. Staff helpful and polite. Beds were new and comfortable. Continental breakfast was above average. Bathrooms were good but there were dark paint splatters on the floor and door knob from the last update. The shower caulking could have been done better- seems like they rushed through the latest update as there were visible gaps in the new caulk that can't be properly cleaned, and so they were discolored."

"Make sure you check with the hotel what amenities are not available due to “full property” transformation. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool only to get informed the day before our check in that the pool was not available. A little too late for me to cancel (and get my full refund back) and book elsewhere. Bad timing on the management to schedule maintenance when a a major concert was going to happen a couple of minutes away, and that was one of the many reasons we booked with Sheraron Denver West. I do have to give kuddos to Christina, the Customer Service Manager at this location for helping me on an issue during my stay."
