"Listen….. I’ve stayed at a few Secrets (and hotels related to the brand) over the past few years, and I’d have to say that THIS was probably BY FAR THE BEST Secrets I’ve stayed in. From arrival…to check in…to being upgraded at no cost…to having your own concierge that makes sure you’re okay and keeps you up to date with the daily activities…to the rooms….to the restaurants/food options…the spa…the beach club…ALL OF IT! Top tier!!! I was sad to return back to reality after having such a great NYE vacation. I would stay here again if I ever come back to Tulum! "Phenomenal experience at Amari. We had a group of 4 in one of their STUNNING villas, everything there is carefully thought out and very comfortable. Their complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus in navigating tulum taxis/traffic, and the entire team of staff (big shoutout to Charlie!) went above and beyond to make our stay a dream. The food at the restaurant and the massages we all got were also wonderful. Such a relaxing few days, we will absolutely be coming back to this paradise. The path to the villas was breathless and definitely recommend this hotel just know you are not close the breach but rather the town and there is a coffee shop named Aroma Café 5 minutes walking which was amazing. "We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!"
