"The staff is fantastic and very helpful, even called my B&B at the Rome airport to inquire about airport shuttle for us there. The room is basic and functional. The bed was comfortable and good shower. Really cool 100 year old cage elevator up to our room. We chose this property because it’s directly across from the train station and we had a 7am departure. The area itself is as you would expect near a station..a little grungy. We walked to the harbor and that was a bit sketchy too from here so probably best to just get a taxi. Overall it was fine."

"Very pleased with this hotel and its location. Room was very large. City noises are loud, but we brought earplugs. Glad I booked it. "

"The room, bed, and bathroom were all clean and great. Plenty of space for 2. Breakfast was also great. It was as advertised. Rating is high because it is great value for the money. The location is a little “industrial” but it is next to a mall, and McDonalds. For our simple needs, it gets top rating. "

"Perfect location for food, shopping and the cruise port. Our room was nice and bathroom clean. There was some noise from the back of the hotel where our room was, but being in a metropolitan area, it could not be helped. Breakfast service was more than expected. Food and drink were very tasty and plentiful. And the cappuccino machine was a great surprise."

"This was a great stay near the airport and cruise port. Booked a queen and two bunk beds room for 3 adults for one night. The staff was friendly and the restaurant food was good. There is also restaurants and shops within a 10 minute walking distance. I would stay here again. No complaints."

"There is a lack of sound proofing in the hotel so you can here when someone coughs in the next room or shuts their door."

"The hotel location is really amazing and interesting , especially it's in the old port wich was built by the famous architect Renzo Piano if i'm not mistaken..and one more things it's a walking distance from the historic city . The hotel is surrounded by attractive and interested places to visit (the amazing ship , the aquarium and more). My room was a big one with a terrace, the view is really amazing direct to marina..clean and safe place For sure if i planned to visit genoa again i will come back to this hotel . Thanks to everyone in this place. PS: i want just to mention that the room needs a carpet, the floor is cold. "
