We booked the design double room with mountain view. Room was spacious and comfortable and we loved the large open windows to be able to look out over the town. Communication for check in was great. This place also went over and above when they found out it was my partners birthday by arranging a birthday surprise for her. I would happily recommend Sapa Chill Retreat for anyone looking to book in here.

I stayed 1 night in the hotel .the staff are friendly and helpful.excellent customer service. Love the room while im on my holiday i still can do some work with the laptop provided in my room . Centrally located in the heart of sapa. Surrounded by many local restaurants, shops, bar and nearby to the local market.overall i enjoyed my stayed there in dragon sapa hotel.the breakfast also nice.love the beef pho

Martín who runs the hotel went above and beyond during our stay. He helped us with transportation, laundry among other things. His staff reflect his dedication to his guests. The hotel is in a great location, close to restaurants, ATM, coffee shops and shopping. Don’t let the cheap room rates fool you, the hotel is very comfortable and great value for money. I recommend it to anyone planning to visit Sa Pa.

If there is any budget hotel that deserved 5 stars, it's this one, Sapa Garden Hotel.The rooms are big, the location is central. It is just 5 minutes walk from the Sun Plaza, the cafes, and the restaurants. The couple who owns the hotel are the nicest people. We can't thank them enough for letting us check in at 5am in all four rooms without any additional fee even though i offered to pay for early check in. It is highly recommended ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
