I booked the room based on Expedia’s rating, the room was ok, enough space for a couple. There’s water included everyday. The glass door for the bathroom was a little off putting because you don’t have enough privacy. It’s in front of a hospital but we barely heard any sirens at all although there are a lot of people at all times. Its close to St. Joseph’s Cathedral and a Michelin awarded pho(Pho Ga Nguyet)place which always has a line. Breakfast was A+ per my husband because he liked that they had pho in the morning. Staff was helpful as well. Overall, will stay here again when we are back in Hanoi

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again
