No would stay here again because the staff was very helpful. The room was clean cozy and the bed was comfortable . Nice area and breakfast was great all for a reasonable low price.

Great little hotel in the centre of Sa Pa walkable to all. Super comfy bed and pillows, Staff was very attentive and found us extra pillows! Breakfast was the normal local but they did have fried eggs for us westerner's. Umbrellas for walking in the rain too! highly recommend!

La chambre etait conforme aux photos. Une des taies d'oreiller etait sale, j'ai fait la remarque, elle n'a pas été changé. Il y avait des petits cafards blonds. Je n'etais pas tranquille.

A hotel stay

Short walk to Fansipan station area, walking distance to all of Sapa town. Good massage places just next to the hotel. Room itself was great- corner room with fireplace heater and cozy lighting, shower with duel head options, blocked out noose from construction nearby. Breakfast included was a mix of cooked eggs or pho or pancakes, with other options to self serve.

Enjoyable stay, but room not as advertised

We originally booked a suite which according to the hotel listing featured a balcony, however once we arrived in the room, we quickly noticed that the suite does not feature a balcony. They then switched us to a deluxe double w/balcony which in our opinion was a nicer room. However the room we stayed in was cheaper than the suite, but the hotel didn't want to refund us the difference in price. In the end we managed to receive a very small amount back but it was no way near the amount we should have received. They thought they were doing us a favour by changing the room for us! Apart, from this issue, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Beautiful Hotel, great service!

Great 3 star hotel. We were welcomed with very friendly, helpful and professional staff. He gave us all very useful suggestions and recommendations for our trip. The room was beautiful and spacious. I loved the unique character decoration in the room and the whole hotel. Breakfast was served in another spacious beautiful room. There were plenty of choices from Vietnamese food to European food. They all tested great. I had an amazing stay in Sapa House and can't wait to come back.

Great hotel in Sa Pa

The Deluxe room was big and cozy, clean with comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great with various choices, tasty banana pancakes, served by a very nice team. The most important was the front desk and manager, answered all questions, helped to arrange tours, ery nice people.laundry service was good also. The hotel is 5 min walk from the center but its uphill which might be inconvenient. Great hotel, highly recommended.

Nice small hotel with good view , great location as well and very helpful staffs. Breakfast was just basic served at a tiny restaurant , there is no lunch or dinner served so must go out to have lunch or dinner. Good thing is plenty of restaurants bearby and close to nite market too. Overall pleasent stay worthed money we paid for the hotel.

Construction ongoing right next door

There were two building construction going on, and the dust and noise were bothersome. However, the hotel staffs were very kind and friendly. In fact, Sapa has lots of construction going on at this moment.

solid place to stay

Great budget hotel. Clean with comfortable beds (heating pad was amazing) and great service from staff. It was a bit of a walk up a hill from y the city center, but we had a nice view of the town and hills.

Favorite hotel in Sapa

I stayed in three hotels while in Sapa, and this one was my absolute favorite- I wish I had stayed here the entire time. The staff is so accommodating and welcoming, they really made me feel right at home. I had a tour one morning and had to meet them at 7:30, so they switched their usual 7:30 breakfast time to 7:00 for me just so that I could eat before I went. The room I stayed in was very big and spacious, had a separate sitting area and a fireplace, a beautiful balcony with incredible views, and a big amazing bathroom. It is very reasonably priced and just an overall amazing hotel. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Sapa, and fully intend to stay here if I go back to Sapa again!

Großzügiges Zimmer mit schönen Ausblick

Das Zimmer ist großzügig und hat einen kleinen Balkon mit einen schönen Ausblick über Sa Pa. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen und das Hotel bietet relativ günstige Touren durch die nähere Umgebung mit Besuch der Minoritäten Dörfer Lao Cai und Tavan an. Leider ist das Frühstück eher dürftig die Pho Suppe war jedoch lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.

Great hotel.

Joseph and his staff were excellent to deal with. They got us into our room as early as they could (you arrive in Sapa around 8am), and they do a lovely breakfast. The room was very spacious, amenities were very good. A great place to stay in Sapa.

Authentisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Service

Der Service ist sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Lage ist top, nur ein Treppe runter, dann ist man auf dem zentralen Platz. Das Frühstück hat uns gute gefallen, die Nudelsuppe ist sehr empfehlenswert( eine der besten, die ich in Vietnam gegessen habe). Zimmer sind dem Preis entsprechend. Insgesamt ein nettes Hotel, welches wir weiterempfehlen würden.

Hatten 2Übernachtungen. Tolle Aussicht aus dem Zimmer auf die Stadt. Frühstück ausreichend, man konnte nochmal nachbestellen. Hotel Manager und auch restliches Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht. Manager hilft uns bei allen fragen gibt uns Tipps. Leiht uns sogar sein eigenes Bike. Empfehlenswert

Lovely hotel with great breakfast

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to the best part of Sa Pa. the room was lovely and the breakfast was not a buffet, there was a menu to order from. Joseph was very helpful.

Отель очень пошарпан. В номере плесень на потолке, на подушках, на креслах. Уборка в номере отвратительная. Только перестилают постель и выносят мусор из ведра. Пыль слоями лежит на телевизоре, на светильниках. В номере оголенные провода, сломаны розетки, выключатели. Мы были с маленьким ребенком - это очень опа но. Главный минус отеля - его расположение. От площади нужно подниматься по крутой лестнице, а потом ещё и по очень крутой горе, а потом ещё и на этаж пешком ( лифта нет). Очень тяжело. Все постояльцы приходили к ресепшену запыхавшись. После дождя дорога превращается в сплошной водяной поток, опасно. Видов в отеле нет ( только краем глаза из боковых окон). Вокруг стройка. Завтраки очень скромные. Обслуживание на завтраке плохое. То принесут чай без чайной ложки в пивном стакане. То забудут про твой заказ. Цены на экскурсии и на такси на ресепшене сильно завышены. Вообщем впечатления не очень хорошие.
