"The floors were not clean Feet was black when walked barefoot The receptionist was not helpful to several people she said the room was across the pool Our room was on 2nd floor not across the pool Had to look for parking"

"Very cool, great decor, stylish room, good toiletries, extremely helpful staff, true concierge service, good location, excellent attached restaurant, elegant and spacious lobby / common spaces."

"I was only there over night. The room is a good size. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Nice place with breakfast, gym, and sitting areas. Close to walking path. I would stay again. Shuttle from the airport was a little confusing. One of the other shuttles was willing to transport me. Schedule should be posted somewhere. "

"Good for the price"

"I docked stars for cleanliness because the shower tile had a good amount of mold in between tiles which I am careful of both for cleanliness and it can trigger my asthma. The positive is it has a Michelin starred Thai restaurant on site, which was very busy and delicious tho I caution it is spicey. Also the location felt safe and was walkable to BLS International, where we had an appointment. All staff was friendly and helpful as well."
