"Was delayed due to snowstorm Fern. Was looking for an inexpensive hotel by SFO; and chose Bay Landing because of the reviews. I was very pleased with my choice. As others have noted the rooms are not super modern, but my room was clean, spacious and had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. It was all I needed for my 2 night stay. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast has a good selection to chose from. I was definitely impressed and if I ever need a hotel near SFO again, I would return without hesitation"

"We had a good stay at the Fairmont. Room was very clean and they provided nice amenities, ie. iron, steam machine, robes, umbrella (didn’t use). There is a beautiful lobby and all staff were very friendly. The only downside is that the room walls are paper thin. We could clearly hear our neighbors having a normal conversation. Fortunately they weren’t being loud at late night or too early in the morning. "
