Castillejos Hotels, Madrid

"Staff were good. Location is excellent if you dont mind walking a bit to most tourist spots like plaza mayor, the palace, the cathedral, etc Room was not that good. They gave us room thwt was like in the middle. The window. Was small and open to just hole in the middle of the building. The air in the room never feel fresh. Maybe other rooms can be better but our room was definitely not good. "

"This is a very clean, boutique Hard Rock Hotel. It is smaller than other locations, however the staff, decor and the fact you can borrow a guitar during your visit makes this a memorable stay. The food was good, shops are approx 15mins walk away, the main Atocha train station is close by. The gym was a little underwhelming, but we walked so much of the city that we probably would never had made it for a session anyway! The rooftop bar had an excellent vibe, staff very attentive and excellent customer service. Extra shoutout to the Guest Experience team who went out their way to make my daughter's 21st bday special: we had some lovely sweet treats to enjoy. The team also helped booking a fabulous Flamenco show which we would highly recommend. Overall this was a 10/10 for Hard Rock Hotel Madrid! Thank you! "
