"Good location"

"I thought it was good that the hotel was near the airport. The hotel generally looked old and dingy, parking spaces are too small, tile trim falling off, shower curtain didn’t extend the length of the shower, the complimentary soap next to the sink was hard to wash off, the lanai furniture was old and felt dirty. We were located on the beach side 4th floor of the hotel and it was unappealing to see the roof below with the paint peeling. I understand that your hotel was sold out on the day we arrived and I’m not sure if the demand determines the price per night, but at $355 per night, I’ll probably go to an Airbnb next time."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was spotless, And the level of cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen was fully stocked with high quality cookware. The location is unbeatable - just steps from Carlsmith park, where we enjoyed swimming and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"This was a nice, clean, comfortable condo in an older building with an exceptional view of the ocean, lagoon, and tropical plants! Everyone, guests, residents, the handyman, were so friendly and helpful. The host was quick to respond when we had trouble opening the lockbox for our keys. There is some noise from the park next door and the busy street, but it was not too bad. We liked the assigned parking spot. There was no a/c, but with fans and windows open, there was a nice cross breeze. The condo had everything we needed, a nice covered balcony, NO bugs, and a comfortable, yet firm bed. The bathroom is small, but fine. The second bedroom was nice to have to put our luggage and things in there. We didn't use the pool, but walked to the beach next door. We would definitely recommend and return!!"

"Newly renovated condo next to a beautiful & swimmable reef swimming spot. Less than a 2 mins walk. Perfect location with our 1 year old daughter to cool off. There is a really great coffee shop 5 min drive away. The building itself is old, but you dont get that impression in the condo itself. Great spot for us to explore the Volcano National park. We would gladly stay here again!"

"We've stayed at a few of these condo units and this one was exceptional as it faced the ocean and not the street (OUCH!) Well appointed, great soaps (you know we're not picky, just appreciative) paper plates in case you just don't want to clean and still plenty of kitchen equipment for me to make a decent meal!"
