"Lovely cottage ambiance, great set up out the back for dogs and plenty of room inside for them as well. Jean, the host, was very thoughtful and kind when I had a glitch with the payment system and gave me time to return home and use a different card. Her responses to all queries was rapid. House perfectly situated for walks around town, bike rides on rail trail and hikes up mountains."

"Deceptive from the front, and much larger than expected. Property backs onto the railway line with fairly regular VLine trains, but they didn't really bother us. 10 minute walk into the centre of town, so not too bad. Single car off street parking under shade cloth, otherwise parking outside of property is okay. Quiet street. Upstairs is spacious. Beds comfortable. Water pressure not fantastic, but okay. Outside seating on the deck is very nice. Enjoyed seeing the steam train to Maldon going past. Overall would recommend."
