"The facility was terrible . The outside appearance looked run down but gave it the benefit of the doubt . Checked in was given room key . Opened room to an unclean room . Was like someone just had rolled out of bed and jumped in the shower and left the room . "

"Great because it’s pet friendly and quiet.. but some issues that were frustrating: couldn’t connect to wifi had to drive into town daily to get connection for work, shower had zero pressure when running hot water (barely dribbled out) and drains in bathroom let out a weird smell when water was running. "

"This was a last minute booking and the staff were excellent, from check-in to dinning to check-out. It’s a very cute place, worthy of many photos. The food at the restaurant was great, it was hard to decide what to eat, but I had the prawn pasta. Parking was easy at the back of the property, however if you’re not comfortable walking under the light of the moon, get dropped off at the front for check in. "

"Under new management building and rooms where freshly painted clean I feel that given time this motel will be able to safely compete with others of greater value "

"The room was very clean however there was a lack of attention to detail in other areas. Eg we were given the wrong room and had to explain to reception the room we had booked wasn’t the one allocated, we didn’t get our water or biscuits replaced after housekeeping had been through and we found a used face washer in the shower. Small things but for the price we paid we expected more."

"Not my idea of “excellent” as reviews say very misleading. Needs updating, new pillows, stains need removing from bedspread and blanket, white thin towels need whitening next wash. Aircon needs servicing noisy especially at night and not cooling properly. Some parts ok but needs proper cleaning lots of workmen staying so guess they would find it acceptable"

"Modern and clean room and bathroom. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Kids loved the indoor heated pool on a cold and rainy day"
