"I booked 3 rooms together for a family function. When checking in I was told no 3 rooms together, one was on the 3rd floor, one on the first floor and the 3rd in another building. Left the sign on the door for room service, they never entered my room, no fresh towels of bed linens, tried calling front desk, phone did not work. Reported all discrepancies to front desk and received a shoulder shrug from the clerk. I will never stay at this place again."

"Well, this isn't the Ritz and the room was very old, musty with a loud air conditioner; I will not stay there again. The location, however, was terrific! Needs mucho upgrades, and if done properly, this place can be awesome!"

"The rooms were awful, nothing like the photos shown on web site. They put us in a dark corner room where the ice maker and laundry room was and it was so loud. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they were booked but when my son was checking in (he had the adjoining room) they put him in a different room. Breakfast was a jimmy dean frozen sandwich that a woman microwaved for us. Had the typical waffle maker that the woman also did for you. Bath tub had the enamel peeling off of it and did not drain well at all, standing in a tub of water while showering, toilet kept filling unless you played with the handle. We were in town for a function and most of our family stayed in very nice hotels for a better price. We picked this based on the reviews and photos on their website, I would really like to know who is giving these 5 star reviews on their website. "

"Staff was great, outdoor seating area was so charming, pool area was nice but we didn't go in. Beds were comfortable. We loved the dining options steps from the hotel, including the Chinese place next door to the 7 Eleven and the Mediterranean place on the other side of Santa Ana ave. We didn't try the on site restaurant, the prices seemed high. I really appreciated the filtered water in the lobby and complimentary coffee. Great price, great experience! I think I have a new favorite spot in Costa Mesa now! I'll be back! Thanks 👍"

"I had a lovely stay, the STAFF are extremely nice and helpful. However I had a hard time saying goodbye to my beautiful friends, Maribel, Adela, Agustin, Jose and David at restaurant/bar. They are incredibly amazing! My expectations were exceeded. Wishing that every hotel I go. I can feel like home as they made me feel! Many thanks you guys! You all are super stars!! 🤗"

"The staff was the best thing about the property. The property is in terrible condition. It is so dirty, the pool was closed, there was no breakfast, there were homeless people in the parking lot. Not safe for kids, exposed electrical wires in the rooms. Do not book this hotel, it will ruin your vacation. "
