"Please, save yourself a trip, do not book here! It was my worst hotel stay so far. First of all there are 2 sonestas next to each other and it is very confusing to know which one it which, unless you know the area. Booked it with the pool being one of the desired amenities. It turned out it is seasonal and it is not toted anywhere on Expedia site. It was supposed to open March 1st, on our last day and they actually never opened it. But it is the least of all the issues here. They claim that property is recently renovated and it is absolutely not true. It is dirty, run down and smelly. There is no desire to accommodate any needs of their guests. Hotel is very understaffed. In our 4 night stay I saw only one housekeeper going around. Beware, they service the rooms only once in SEVEN days!!! Not even Trash pick up! We ended up setting the trash bag by the door to get it picked up, but that there are no spare trash bag to use instead!!!! I asked twice to get towel exchanged and they never did on both days I asked for it. Both sinks in our 2 bedroom suite are not draining, so if you wash your face it will fill up half way and you would have to wait 15-20 min to drain. Same goes for the bathtubs. the toilets barely drain and one of them at the end of the stay would not drain and nearly got overflowing. At the end of the stay they could not even produce any kind of receipt since it was prepaid though Expedia. I hope I don’t see any charges later on on my card. Very dirty, rundown "
