"Our stay at Alaya Resort Ubud was perfect. The staff is warm and attentive. The food for breakfast was fresh and there were so many options both from the buffet and from the a la carte menu. Our room was immaculate and the ac kept us nice and cool. The pools were great and we also used the spa which was delightful. "I love this resort. It’s so beautiful. My room was fantastic, clean and perfect position to the pools and restaurants. I stayed 7 years ago and was happy to be back. There is construction of the beach area at the moment so the noise and fumes were not the best, but it stopped around 5pm. The resort was kind enough to have a free shuttle service to Virgin Beach which was beautiful. Staff were very apologetic. It’s not the resort’s fault. Food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was amazing. Love the staff. Thank you everyone. "
