"We just spent 6 glorious days and nights in the hot sun at the beautiful Hilton Mar Caribe all inclusive. The rooms are newly updated and so clean. Large walk-in sho and separate tub. We had a beautiful ocean view room on the 9th floor with a balcony overlooking the pool and blue sea. Everyday we were met with smiling faces and great energy. The outdoor pool team worked so hard to entertain us all with water aerobics, water balloon fights for the kids, Zumba and games all day. Special shout-out to Kax, Arturo and Bruno! Pool chairs were readily available and on the weekend it was noted to be a bit busier but when Francisco wasn’t serving us drinks he worked hard to make sure everyone who needed a seat at the pool got one. We were pleasantly surprised that there were lifeguards at the bach watching us swim over the beautiful blue waters to the sandbar. We don’t typically travel to all inclusive hotels for the food but I have to give a special shout out to the Hibachi and sushi restaurant where we dined 2x during our stay. Top notch entertainment at the hibachi and the sushi on a second night was delicious. If you’re lucky enough to score and outdoor sunset table at La Luce (Italian) you’re in for a treat. It’s a beautiful spot to eat a delicious meal. We enjoyed La Flama steak house but were less impressed by the Mexican restaurant on property. The buffet had something for everyone. The man making hamburgers at the pool grill— thank you! "

"This resort was very much like all the pictures. Beautiful scenery, different vibes whether you want a more active pool or a more chill quiet pool vibe. The bars/bartenders are all over the place with well service and will make you any drink that you desire. There are many activities to do in the hotel that come included, or they provide excursions right on the property. Pepe and Ehidan took great care of my partner and I and made sure our time around the pool/resort was an amazing time! There are not any places to visit around the hotel unless if you have a driver (which if you ask you can find) that can take you around the Cancun area but my partner and I planned to stay in the resort anyway so that was no problem. Shuttle to and from the airport was a breeze. I was worried about the food but the food actually turned out to be pretty good. There are plenty of options to choose from to fit your taste. Overall amazing trip and I highly recommend! "
