Apartments Villas Capdeviel is a vacation accommodation that offers three apartments for rent, each equipped with a small kitchen that includes utensils to prepare breakfast or simple meals. Our apartments have 1 or 2 sofas, a single room with a 32-inch flat-screen Smart TV, cable programming with 70 Hd channels, a double bed, a closet, and a private bathroom with shower. Our concept is minimalist, providing a comfortable and functional environment.

In addition, we offer a free Wi-Fi service of 150 Mb download so that our guests are always connected. Our location in the quiet neighborhood of Cancun provides an authentic local experience, since our neighbors are elderly people who have been part of the historical development of the area.

We pride ourselves on the warmth and friendliness of our neighbors, many of whom have experience in the hospitality industry. We are conveniently located near Mercado 28 and Walmart Centro, a 7-minute walk to the Andrés Olympic Stadium, 10 minutes from the House of Culture and the Planetarium, surrounded by a wide range of restaurants, banks, Atms, exchange houses. , shopping malls, hospitals and supermarkets.
