Beautiful and spacious rooms. The hotel lobby is the perfect place to have a coffee in the morning. My only complaint was that our room had no AC for the night and it was hot.

This is an extremely convenient hotel, a great stopping off point for Canberra airport, whilst still being within easy access to the CBD.

Being an airport hotel, being close to the airport is where the convenience ends. There's nothing else within walking distance except a service station. Room service was frustrating, with no one answering the phone and the QR code website not giving any food options. Otherwise the food was very good in the restaurant. And I can't get past the bathroom design in the room. Sliding walls so it can be opened up? Why? Bathrooms are meant to be private. You can hear EVERYTHING your companions are doing in the bathroom when the walls are closed. It's a ridiculous trend.

Bath time.
I had booked a room with the big bath tub for a birthday treat, room service, lazy soak in the tub. The chromecast wasn't working and the lovely lady from reception came and moved me to a room where it worked. They also gave me dinner on the house. Rooms were very clean Enjoyed it very much 👍

The room had a very strange layout with a large gap in the dividing wall between bathroom and bedroom. This meant that noise and light bled into the bedroom whenever the bathroom was used during the night. Also no privacy when in bathroom (we were a family staying together). Staffing levels were very low and many staff seemed tired and disinterested - some with inadequate English.

Staff are friendly but we didn't know there is a parking fee of $11.5/ day for guests. The hotel looks clean, just wish the interior design is better, like having a wall instead of sliding doors for the bathroom space as it can be quite noisy for others if they need to sleep. And little things like more hooks for hanging stuff etc.

Very easy to find (signed from airport) and easy walking distance from Canberra Airport for over night stay. Comfortably air conditioned, quiet, rooms. Good buffet breakfast and evening meals but we would have appreciated a wider option of smaller, light meals.

Arrived late on a night flight, in room dining menu only had 4 options (no hot food) and nothing else open around. When we checked in we opted for breakfast but wasn't given a time. Arrived at 9:30am to find everything packed up, but were allowed to quickly grab a plateful of food. Overall the location is very convenient to canberra airport but they need to work on their night menu and communicating breakfast hours to guests.
