The property is approximately a 20-minute drive from Canberra Airport or a 3-hour drive to Sydney CBD.

- To access the on-site parking enter the driveway, press the button on the top left, drive up to the end of the car park follow the driveway continue to drive past the ramp, turn left at the end following the driveway, and turn left again at the end. Carspot 119 is the second one to your left.
- There are no stairs inside or outside the property.
