I really liked this hotel. Parked at the shopping centre, and walked to most places. I was travelling with my dog and the room had a little bed for the dog, very nice.

We loved our stay. Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. We loved the deco and the free mini bar. The bed was so comfy.

The hotel is in a heritage listed building and it has been restored beautifully. The Executive self-contained 1br apartment was very large and had a full range of facilities to provide an enjoyable stay. The room also had a reasonably large balcony which was lovely to sit out on even in a cold Canberra winters day & night. The staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Could not fault the facilities or the staff or the location of the hotel which is situated in the City...

Has everything that you need. Comfortable beds and chairs. Since I am getting older, I hate baths and showers in bathtubs, consequently I would love to see the bathroom upgraded to have a shower recess rather than a tub.

Easy to check in and out. Friendly customer service and a beautiful hotel! We only stayed one night at Mantra at Northbourne and had a great time! Room was clean and spacious. Clean entrance to the reception and parking under the building. Nearby mcdonalds and petrol station and other amenities and only 10mins walk to city centre! Will be back and recommend this place to family and friends. nabil

Walkable and convenient

If staying in the Canberra centre it is the ideal location to every thing. Easy walking and transport if taxis or tram they are directly out front

From the moment we arrived at Jamala Lodge we were impressed The setting of the Lodge was impressive and when we walked in it was a WOW factor The furnishings are inviting and the staff amazing we had our grandson with us who needed some extra attention and the staff could not have have been more helpful And where do we begin to describe the room experience with the huge fish tank and animals outside The dinner was delicious and I could go on and on!!!! Great Experence

Miltiple facilities to charge EV (with own charge cable) within the secure car park really makes a difference.
