"All rooms are upstairs but there is an elevator. We found the young lady at the desk to be polite and she was very helpful. We had two rooms, one with ensuite. The only issue we had was the shower door would not shut correctly. Their were tv's in both rooms but air-con only in our ensuit room. Both rooms has a jug,tea,coffee ect and a our room had a small refrigerator. The main dining and kitchen area was really big, clean, with all you needed to cook meals ect. There was milk,coffee,tea ect here as well. There was also everything you needed for breakfast as well -weetbix, cornflakes, bread for toast as well as spreads and more. We would not hesitate to stay here again."

"Check in and out was easy, the staff were friendly and overall we had a great experience. The hotel is located centrally with an easy walk to bars, cafe etc. Parking was a bonus and also one of the reasons I selected the hotel. The hotel itself was quite dated compared to the photos. In saying that though our room was clean and tidy."
