The motel is old but rooms have been refurnished, ... .new fridge, kitchen appliances, carpet, tv, bed, couch.... and were spacious and comfortable. Location is great...good restaurant next door, short walk to town, bus route. Price is very reasonable for what you are getting.. there is even guest laundry with washing and dryer facilities available for $4 per cycle. "

"Called Homestead for a good reason lovely B&B set in countryside surrounded by cattle and friendly Alpacas we loved it. Staff very helpful, breakfasts in room tasty and adequate."

"It’s managed remotely from another motel in the central city. They want a $200 hold on your credit card. It’s really basic, cheap(ish) accom with an uncomfortable bed (in my room) and very noisy from adjoining rooms. It was ok for a couple of nights when working in that part of Hamilton"
