Cute little town

Though Kihikihi may not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Alphra Lavenders and Te Awamutu Museum.

Although clean, the motel was basic and dated with walls that could do with a coat of paint and repairs which had been done were obvious by the different shades of paint. Very friendly and warm and inviting. Rooms and amenities were great. It’s in great location and the owner is very charming and we loved the date slice. Would definitely stay again

Andrew and Michelle were really accommodating and flexible to our needs. Both bunker's 1 and 2 were exceptionally clean, tidy and well provisioned. Lovely quiet place with awesome dining options and community facilities!
The Manager at McDonalds was rude to the customer and staff. When we mention the floor was so slippery. She turned around told me that it because everyone comes in cheap warehouse shoes.
It's home so it always feels welcoming
