The annexe at Highbury House is truly charming. The modern accommodation includes a good sized lounge, a fitted kitchen, a double bedroom with en-suite and to the outside plenty of parking.. All on the Ground Floor:

Living room: Smart TV, Electric Fire

Kitchen: Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Fridge, Freezer

Utility Room: Washing Machine

Bedroom: Kingsize (5ft) Bed Ensuite: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Garden. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. The annexe at Highbury House is attached to the owners’ home and is perfect for couples to enjoy a peaceful stay in a charming part of Cornwall. The single storey accommodation is nicely presented and includes a nice sized lounge with a Smart TV, a fitted kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. To the outside there is an enclosed lawned garden and plenty of parking. Bolenowe is situated on the outskirts of the village of Troon which has a local shop and easy access to Camborne with a wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants. Being close to the A30 providing easy access to the rest of what Cornwall has to offer.
