"We enjoyed our stay at the beach townhouse! The location was great! We walked to the grocery, CVS, souvenir shop, and more. The beach location is fabulous for families who don't want to be in the thick crowds closer to the high rise buildings. I loved that there is an outdoor closet with boogie boards, chairs, sand toys. The only issue we had was gnats coming in as we opened the doors due to the location of the trash bins outside but probably not much can be done about that."

"Nice little beach bungalow! We stayed here for the Jeep Jam. House is close to the beach and directly across from a mini golf place. Plenty to do. Private and quiet. Owner is also very responsive to any issues and communicates well. Would stay here again!"

"Just me, my hubby & doggo. If we built a vacation house this would be a perfect footprint inside & out. It’s brand new so some quirks need worked out. No hair dryer, wall thermostat too controlled by owner (too warm for us northerners & couldn’t lower the temp), limited kitchen items (no serving dishes, bottle opener - finally found one on the scissors in the knife block - no pizza cutter, bread baskets, cutting board, etc.), no throw blankets for couch, & limited seating for a 4 bedroom. "We stayed with a large group at the house and it was awesome, everything you can expect from a beach house: Great location, Great House, Great Hospitality. The house slept our 21 people extremely comfortably pretty much a room for every couple. The house had some very minor issues when we arrived and Bob and the ECDI staff were very prompt to correct them and make our stay awesome. If you have a large group this is the place for you! Thanks to Bob and the whole team for an awesome experience!"

"Good location. Clean and roomy. Condo complex across street had jack hammering starting at 8am. Semi trucks offloading materials parked in front of house, had to get them to move in order to get out of driveway. Grass looks like it hasn't been cut in weeks. For a property that advertised for up to 11 people, doesn't have enough flatware or towels. House has great layout and we would rent it again, but the manager needs to take better care of the property and the noise level will be much better...

"DOWN FOR BIKE WEEK AND CAME ACROSS THIS LISTING AND KNEW BASICALLY WHEREIT WAS. EVERYTHING WAS CLEAN AND I HAD REQUESTED A BLENDER AND IT WAS PROVIDED. BIKE WEEK IS LOAD ON THE MAIN DRAG BUT THIS PLACE WAS QUIET AT NIGHT."
