  • Pelican patiently waits for some fish scraps from the user of a man cleaning his fish. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. There are also signs posted on the pier about how to handle a situation if sea turtles get caught.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!!

I stayed at this property from Saturday to Monday and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The home was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and well-maintained with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect: peaceful, safe, and conveniently close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Whether you’re looking for a quiet escape or a comfortable spot for a short stay, this place checks all the boxes. I would definitely book again!

Panama City Beach Weekend Stay

This home was just as pictured. Very clean and neat. This one is very close to the beach. Spacious for a few family members now as for the parking if you have 3 cars they most definitely want you to park out of the road. But overall nice neighborhood and I will most definitely stay again.

Perfect for lounging and a good night's rest.

This property is about 1 mile to the beach and many other attractions. It was clean and very well maintained. It was decorated very nicely which made it inviting. There was room for our large family to chill, even separately. We slept comfortably and the kitchen was stocked with essentials. There was salt and pepper, but be sure to come with your own seasonings, snacks, etc if you need anything beyond that. I liked that the host communicated efficiently but didn't try to babysit us with incessant instructions and updates. It was a great stay. We'd come again.

Great location for an event at Edgewater. Conveniently between Pier Park and St Andrews with options for dining, Waterpark, stores. Short drive to reasonably priced public beach parking. The home itself was very clean and comfortable! Loved the decor. Beds were comfy, Great appliances (ice and water in fridge were drinkable). Fully loaded kitchen (except pizza pan) Awesome coffee pot, Nice toaster oven Great TVs. Subdivision was nice enough. Safe and quiet (sans neighbors) in the culdesac. Beach toys and pool noodles were a nice bonus. Not sure how many rentals there are in the community but our neighbors who were terribly loud at 7 am changed-so some of the less pleasant moments (loud neighbors and unsupervised teens) were not the fault of the homeowners 1 pool was closed, the other was really dirty and may have given my kid a rash so we didn't return but we had a lot of other things on our list (again nothing to the fault of the homeowners but just something to note). We didn't have enough toilet paper, garbage bags, or laundry soap (enough to do the sheets and towels they required but had to buy extra to do personal laundry) -did not have beach chairs or an umbrella that were advertised as part of the home. -I couldn't get the bedroom tv remote to work. -There were two garbage cans and we were confused as to which one was ours (to the right looking at the house or from the house?) and the owner didn't respond. Just some pretty minor issues. Overall recommended!

Absolute Perfect Stay!!

I can’t say enough great things about this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless and exactly as pictured. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful—leaving little touches that made our stay feel extra special (like snacks and local recommendations). The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was peaceful yet close to everything we needed.We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway!

Very Accomodating

We were here for a ball tournament. This location was very close to all our activities and the beach, which the kids enjoyed. The neighborhood was a little crowded for our liking but worked well for what we needed. The house was nice and adequately stocked with what we needed. Owner was good to work with us when our schedules kept changing. We did enjoy our stay there.

Family friendly place!

This space is amazing. The host was speedy when getting back with us day or night. The house was perfect for a small family. We traveled with a 3 year old and 16 month old. The master bedroom was on the other end of the house so it was easy to keep their end quiet for bedtime. The place was very clean, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the appliances in the kitchen were pretty new. The master bedroom mattress was pretty comfy. I cannot say enough about how accommodating the host was! We will definitely be back. This was a very nice neighborhood with a locked gate at night.

Perfect Home Away from Home

This Home was very, very, very, clean and 5 minutes away from the beach! Plenty of space for my family of 4 adults and 2 children. The owner communicated well. Walmart (you can get delivery), Publix, and a few other stores were very close as well. A few beach toys for the kids, saved us a trip to the store. I would suggest messaging the owner when you're getting close to the property for check-in. Very nice key pad for entry but may need to be reset upon arrival. The owner will fix it promptly.

Great Location but…..BE WARNED!

The location is great to the beach, cleanliness is great but the owner left out on critical detail in the check process and That is the lock for the deadbolt and the door handle are different locks with different keys and he only had has key for the deadbolt. I locked the doorknob from the inside only to find out that when we returned that the key for the deadbolt doesn't work for the doorknob or the back doors for that matter. It took the cleaner an hour or so to come and break in with a credit card. I destroyed my cards in the process and went to walk to get some tools open the door my self.(cleaner came by while I was a Walmart.) We were inconvenienced as completely threw our schedule off for the day. Hope this helps someone.

We had a great time at this property! There was plenty of room for us, our children, and grandkids. We love the location as it close to beach, water park, and many restaurants. This property has 2 pools in the gated community. We would stay again.
