"First off, the location is perfect and the marina view is definitely the way to go. The room we had was very calming, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved waking up and having our coffee on the balcony watching the ships go out for the day. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I don’t have a single negative thing to say. I 100% recommend the Shangri-La and the marina room—it’s worth the cost. We would go back in a heartbeat!!"

"My partner and i absolutely LOVED the pullman reef hotel! We cannot recomend this property highly enough and would definitely stay again ourselves in the future. One of the loveliest things was being able to wake up each morning to being able to go down to the hotel's restaurant where we were able to choose from a variety of ala carte options plus a coffee and juice. The service was very quick and the seating is very private. We had tried almost everything on the menu by the end of our stay and the quality was just exceptionql. The breakfast was available as an add on extra when we booked our flights + accommodation package for a very minimal cost per person and we couldnt believe how much value we got for our money by adding it in! All of the pullman staff from check in to check out were so polite, helpful and professional - they all make you feel like royalty and the bellhop service was very helpful. The room itself was very spacious compared to other standard hotel rooms and had the most fabulous bathroom complete with a spa bath and a shower that had a long bench seat inside the cubile with plenty of space to put your belongings which was perfect for long, luxurious showers and would also be very suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. We loved the plush king bed with multiple pillow options, well stocked mini bar and small but cosy balcony. The free parking included with the room was very useful for the city area too. "

"It is wonderfully located, the perfect distance from the noise, but only two short blocks from the coast. Cafes, restaurants and the night markets are really close And the buffet breakfast, whilst predictably chaotic at times as there's lots of families) was wholesome and varied enough to be a great bonus."

"Property was perfect for us as we needed 2 connecting rooms. Property Manager was great as he was always there to help ordering a Cab when Ubers cancelled trips. Kids loved the option of 3 pools. Great aircon and fans in rooms. Would definatley stay again."

"Exceeded our expectations by far. The club level room was so worth the extra cash…the view of the water and marina was spectacular. The room is a little dated as is the rest of the property but it is immaculately clean and the staff incredibly welcoming. The breakfast buffet was vast with something for everyone (the scrambled eggs weren’t good though). Wouldn’t hesitate to return for another stay. "
