"The spa was quite good. The location on boardwalk is convenient. The pool was clean. The hot tub was only luke warm. They try to sell you a time share when you go to check in. Also, they don't tell you when you check in that there's a service charge to clean your room, and an environmental/local tax per day, until you go to check out. The shuttle back to the airport only goes a few times per day and we had to get a taxi to catch our flights, which also was not made clear when we booked and checked in."

"Over all fantastic! Great location. Plenty to do or not do. 😁 music could have used some variety. Place is very busy. Beach was nice. View beautiful. Check in was my least favorite. Supposedly got an upgrade but my accommodations were not all an up grade. The cleaning staff does a great job. Staff is always busy and seem to like their jobs. The food amazing! Real chocolate!"

"The property was very clean, however the staff lacked good customer service. They were never really willing to be helpful. They were not the friendliest and at times disrespectful. The property did not offer much amenities at all. This property is very much so for an older crowd. Everything closes very early. Hot tub and pool closes at 8pm. They stop serving alcohol very early and the entire resort is basically closed down by 10-11pm. They did not disclose a lot of helpful information when checking in that would have been nice to know during our stay, we had to figure it out ourselves. Just a lot of things I’d do differently and will probably never be back to this property and wouldn’t recommend to others to visit here. "

"This hotel is decent for the price and its proximity to the beach. The property is older and not the most up-to-date. During my stay, I noticed that the hallways leading to the rooms weren’t well maintained, with visible hair on the floors. The wood tables and other surfaces also had hard water or white stains that couldn’t be removed. On the positive side, the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. However, I experienced difficulty contacting the front desk—calls were busy during my stay, and I wasn’t able to reach them afterward regarding an item I may have left behind. This seems to be an ongoing issue the hotel is aware of, and improving communication and resolving the phone line problems would greatly enhance the guest experience."
