If you are looking for a generous, high-energy resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Above and Beyond Service Our stay was significantly enhanced by our concierge, Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. The highlight for our family was when she went out of her way to set up an ad hoc scavenger hunt for our children. It’s those personal touches that make a vacation memorable! A Dream for Kids (and Parents!) The Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. A massive thank you to Zaida, Pao, Ashley, Sonia, Jacky, and Fabi—our children truly loved every one of them. The club provides a clear schedule of events, making it easy to pick and choose activities. What impressed us most was how the staff kept our 9-year-old fully engaged while simultaneously modifying activities so our 4-year-old could participate right alongside the "big kids." It made for a very inclusive and happy experience for both. Luis was so easy to work with and addressed every minor question we had as well as Recommendations for chef, food, etc. Property is in great location with great views and good floor plan. We had 13 in our group from 12 years old to 75 years old and all were happy. High end appliances in kitchen and outdoors. Pool and spa heated fast and offered exceptional views to the ocean over the golf course. Felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend, 10/10. "

"The villages are nice, but the resort is overcrowded and the food is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get any space near or in the pool and getting around is a hassle."

"We absolutely loved our stay and Maria was very responsive. We found out 10 days before our trip that the sister resorts - Sunset, Rose, etc. no longer allowed renters to swim in their pools or use their facilities. This was out of the owner's hands as she was notified and quicky notified us. We also didnt know we didn't have access to the beach club, which was disappointing but the clubhouse we did have access to met our needs. The beds were super comfortable and the TVs allowed for us to watch Netflix and other apps we have subscriptions for. Our favourite part was the warm pool - not typically included, and star gazing. We also watched the fireworks at other resorts from the rooftop which was a bonus. There were a few hiccups but Maria and her property manager were highly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! My 5 yr old daughter is still pouting after leaving a day ago. "

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
