If you are looking for a generous, high-energy resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Above and Beyond Service Our stay was significantly enhanced by our concierge, Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. The highlight for our family was when she went out of her way to set up an ad hoc scavenger hunt for our children. It’s those personal touches that make a vacation memorable! A Dream for Kids (and Parents!) The Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. A massive thank you to Zaida, Pao, Ashley, Sonia, Jacky, and Fabi—our children truly loved every one of them. The club provides a clear schedule of events, making it easy to pick and choose activities. What impressed us most was how the staff kept our 9-year-old fully engaged while simultaneously modifying activities so our 4-year-old could participate right alongside the "big kids." It made for a very inclusive and happy experience for both. "We absolutely loved our stay and Maria was very responsive. We found out 10 days before our trip that the sister resorts - Sunset, Rose, etc. no longer allowed renters to swim in their pools or use their facilities. This was out of the owner's hands as she was notified and quicky notified us. We also didnt know we didn't have access to the beach club, which was disappointing but the clubhouse we did have access to met our needs. The beds were super comfortable and the TVs allowed for us to watch Netflix and other apps we have subscriptions for. Our favourite part was the warm pool - not typically included, and star gazing. We also watched the fireworks at other resorts from the rooftop which was a bonus. There were a few hiccups but Maria and her property manager were highly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! My 5 yr old daughter is still pouting after leaving a day ago. "

"We stayed at this property for my bachelorette party with 12 friends, the photos do not do this place justice, house was absolutely gorgeous and there were plenty of sleeping spaces with very spacious rooms. The property manager and his team were awesome helping with anything we needed and communicating with us very efficiently. I would say this house may not be the best for you if you are wanting to go out in downtown many nights of your trip - shuttles were very expensive, about 240 usd round trip and the resort being so private makes it very difficult to call any other ride services or taxis to the house. Our property manager helped us schedule all of our shuttle needs but we did run into 2 times where we got overcharged. I would say this house is perfect for a large group looking to golf or hang by the pool at the house. Another bummer of the house is having to pay extra money for the heated pool every day. "
