We got suckered into buying a membership for Hyatt hotels when trying to get a taxi. Last thing we ran out of shampoo 2 days before leaving and that wasn’t replaced. Everything else was perfect."

"Invasion of privacy just to check how many guest we had in there. We didn’t request or they didn’t even let us know they were coming in. Dead flies everywhere, and property looks nothing like the pictures. Owner came in yelling when we requested to speak to him for extra charges. 1 star hotel, not recommend ."

"The condo had a beautiful view and the location was great. My only comment would be make sure you have shower soap and your own shampoo because it’s not provided. But otherwise everything you need is there. The owner and concierge service provides excellent communication. We would come back again!"

"Spectacular views! The condo looks exactly as advertised, and I was genuinely impressed. Watching both the sunrise and sunset was beautiful. It seemed like most units are owner-occupied, so it was nice and quiet. The location is excellent—about 15–20 minutes from everything.The only downside is the climb up to the unit. If you have a rental car or use Uber, they can drop you right at the entrance, which helps. My 85-year-old uncle found the walk challenging but still managed it. There are also plenty of cool hidden gems nearby to explore.The one issue I experienced was with the Wi-Fi—it dropped frequently. It was fine for checking emails and basic browsing, but not reliable for Zoom meetings.Denny, the host, was great and very responsive. Overall, I loved the location and would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall it was a great place. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops down the hill. The Internet was great for the days I need to work. Kitchen is very well equiped and the beds were super comfortable. Having water purification for ice and drinking water was a bonus. Great water pressure for showers. Great place to watch sunrises and being away from the loud music was fantastic. "

"The villages are nice, but the resort is overcrowded and the food is terrible. It’s nearly impossible to get any space near or in the pool and getting around is a hassle."
