"Just got back from 5 nights at Pacifica and it was wonderful. The food was excellent, the room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the property overall is lovely and clean. There were weddings multiple nights but they shut them down around 11 and the rest of the night was just ocean waves. Didn't hear anything from the surrounding rooms even once. Super quiet. We are homebodies but it is very convenient to be able to take a shuttle to the golf course or the other resorts for an easy change of scenery and vibe. Before we went I read a number of comments about the All-Inclusive vs Timeshare issues but honestly I did not find it to be a problem. All staff were very clear when an item would be an extra charge over the AI package and when we checked out there were absolutely no unexpected charges. It does take a moment longer to scan your bracelet at meals than other AI resorts where everyone is on the same package, but it's a very minor thing at worst and not a problem at all if you know what to expect. I cannot say enough nice things about the staff, though -- our butlers Dulce and Gabriel were attentive and lovely and went way overboard arranging for birthday surprises for my husband all weekend. Waitstaff at all restaurants were helpful and friendly and we did not want for a single thing the whole time. Excellent, excellent service. We had a wonderful time and the staff was a big part of that."

She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. "We had a great stay at Golf Villa 46 in Diamante. The house was very spacious for our group of 8. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub. The resort pool and restaurants were very good. In addition, the resort shuttle system was great and very responsive in the cases we had more people than the golf cart could hold. Luis was so easy to work with and addressed every minor question we had as well as Recommendations for chef, food, etc. Property is in great location with great views and good floor plan. We had 13 in our group from 12 years old to 75 years old and all were happy. High end appliances in kitchen and outdoors. Pool and spa heated fast and offered exceptional views to the ocean over the golf course. Felt safe the entire time. Highly recommend, 10/10. "

"We absolutely loved our stay and Maria was very responsive. We found out 10 days before our trip that the sister resorts - Sunset, Rose, etc. no longer allowed renters to swim in their pools or use their facilities. This was out of the owner's hands as she was notified and quicky notified us. We also didnt know we didn't have access to the beach club, which was disappointing but the clubhouse we did have access to met our needs. The beds were super comfortable and the TVs allowed for us to watch Netflix and other apps we have subscriptions for. Our favourite part was the warm pool - not typically included, and star gazing. We also watched the fireworks at other resorts from the rooftop which was a bonus. There were a few hiccups but Maria and her property manager were highly responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! My 5 yr old daughter is still pouting after leaving a day ago. "

"Beautiful resort but room was extremely beat up and not cleaned well upon entering also balcony door lock was broken and had to be replaced and also AC stopped working several times. Food was mediocre. VIP lounge was nice. Up charges for certain things are over kill with already paying for “all inclusive” staff was great. "
