"I have gone by this hotel for over thirty years and always wanted to stay here. Our room had a magnificent view of the lake and everything from the Ferris wheel at Navy Pier to the Field Museum. The room did not have good climate control. We did have to have the windows open. Thankfully, the weather was mild outside, which made things ultimately very comfortable."

"Never expected a hotel that looks so clean and well maintained to be so bad… Outlets did not work, tv did not work, WiFi barely worked… Would never recommend staying here unless it’s an emergency."

"Breakfast buffet is really good! It had a variety of foods. The rooms where clean and comfortable. The lobby always smelled amazing and the staff was very attentive. I love they have bag drop off service if you arrive early before check-in time. We took advantage of this and was able to explore the city…very convenient location too! "
