"Great stay clean and close to city "

"Stayed weekend and no one fresher the room or emptied bins. No fresh towels. Linen left in the corridor"

"Acceptable because I just stay one night. The reception never picked up a call as I was wanting to enquire about parking. Luckily some reviews here told me useful information. We booked for our family with 2A2C for 1 night. Room has not intercom phone, everything you want to ask, we have to walk to reception. No slippers , no hair dryer in the room. Bed was good we had a good sleep. The included breakfast buffet is ok , staff always refill the foods. but the bowl and plate has dirts."

"Was a little hard to get to with construction and parking isn't very well highlighted but otherwise great stay."

"clean, efficient, quiet, public transport at doorstep. I loved the little side garden outside the kitchen, with benches in dappled sunlight, looking at people's vegetable garden plots. Nice place for a cup of tea and a book. Staff were lovely and friendly. The only issue I had was that the toilet lights were turned off late at night, with no way to turn them on, making 3am toilet stop very very dark! highly recommend."
