It was a great place to stay, lovely clean house, comfortable beds, could have more cooking equipment in kitchen. We hardly used our car during our visit as there is a half hourly bus around corner to Belconnen and lots of buses to City & other places

Convenient and clean

The unit was clean and in a good spot for us. Could do with new towels, didn’t have a dryer. I think the steps inside could have had a rail next to them. Would have been good to have some where to sit out the back as well. Apart from that all good. Thank you

The lovely clean, well presented home was close to shops & tourist attractions & excellent for our group of 5 senior adults. The ability to park 2 cars off the street was ideal, the beds were warm & comfortable & the ducted heating much appreciated. Only drawback was "line dry" (which was stated in the brief) as it rained, so we bought an indoor clothes airer & that made our stay perfect. Highly recommend & would definitely stay there again. (9.5 out of 10)

We needed some assistance, and Jack came around and helped us out. It was a great response. The only thing is that there could be some more glasses and bowls. A new house so it is wonderful. Very quiet area

While the property was fairly new, the cleanliness was not that great. The lounges were filthy, around the furniture and lounge was dirty and had not been vacuumed, aroudn the TV unit also, the fridge was not cleaned well and there were dirty marks all over it, blood in the frozen section not cleaned, cupboards needed wiping down, urine on the toilet bowl, broken lamp in the drawer and dead bugs in the draws and floors, fly screens were coated in dust. The bins were left out the front and were full and stunk, lawns and garden needed mowing and tidying up, a car battery was just left on the lawn. Garage Door didn't work properly and continually didn't open or close properly. Mismatched furniture in the bedrooms and outdated. Free to air TV Channels were non-existent and Wifi was woeful along with phone service with Vodafone and Telstra as we have 2 different providers with our 2 phones. Food bowls were filthy and cutlery and we had to rewash and make sure everything we used was clean. For what we paid we expected a little better, especially as we stayed for 6 nights.
