"Unable to use shower due to it being broken the day we arrived, was put in a different venue for the first night due to no water in the room, they didnt have a room similar to put us in and it being so last minute we stayed."

"Not quite sure what happened with our booking but the room advertised certainly was not a 1bd townhouse! We must have been given the left over availabilities that looked nothing like our booking. Can't believe they would even offer these rooms knowing the condition they are in! Booked a 1br townhouse was shown a 2br apartment not a townhouse which was old and had a very unsightly courtyard right in the middle of apartment. Husband queried booking so we were moved into a 3bd townhouse, 2 rooms closed off understandibly but we weren't even given the main bedroom which I believe would have had an ensuite. While my husband was having a shower the shower head fell off he reported it to reception who said it will be looked at sometime that day hence no shower for me after a pleasant morning walk, wasn't repaired until at least 3pm that afternoon. Blinds broken, aircon broken, dark very claustrophobic uncomfortable stay. We will not be returning to Bay Hideaway Resort."
