Customer satisfaction is their motto. The room, the staff, hotel too, was all awesome. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. They even have a roof top swimming pool and 24 hr gym."

From the receptionist Coline, to the Director of rooms Assem, housekeeper Kelum and the wait staff in the Shang Palace Christine and every single staff were very polite and friendly! We had the best time!"

"Fantastic hotel! Great staff, friendly, accommodating and so helpful. Great breakfast and dinner options. Pool area was great, house keepers around the pool are very helpful. Couldn’t fault the hotel. Room was clean and spacious - we asked for extra water, hangers and few other things. Everything we asked for was delivered within 10 minutes or less. Definitely going to stay again on our next trip. Fantastic for families aswell - we had our 14 month old with us"
